KS3 Science Courses
On my site you will find complete KS3 science courses recorded on video from beginning to end. There are no other videos like these on the market!
As a teacher and tutor I had searched in vain to find suitable science video material that I could give to my students to watch between lessons or tutorials. No material was available so I therefore decided to create my own videos, and eighteen months later I have completed the Biology, Chemistry and Physics video courses.
These videos are invaluable support, irrespective of whether you are at school, college, or a mature student. You may be home-schooled, in which case my courses are ideal. You may be following a different course completely, but it doesn’t matter as the content is common to whatever specification you use.
Each video consists of a presentation with my narration recorded over the top – it’s just like having me standing right next to you as your own personal teacher!
Have a look at the sample videos on the KS3 Sections page. I really do hope that you enjoy watching these videos as much as I have enjoyed making them!
I have also created these other science courses:
Hi, I’m Graham Bray and welcome to my KS3 Science Courses website.
I have been a teacher for over 33 years, and before taking early ‘retirement’ to concentrate on my science videos, I was the Director of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) at a large comprehensive school in East Sussex. To bore you with the qualifications, I have a Joint Honours Degree in Botany and Zoology, and a PhD in Biological Sciences. I was also one of the first Advanced Skills Teachers in Kent.
I am a passionate believer in life-long learning, and I will do whatever I can to encourage learning for all ages. Using videos to enhance learning has great potential, and I hope to exploit this potential via my website.
On a personal level I am married to a primary school headteacher, and we have two grown up daughters. We also have a little dog called Maisie-Rae! When not creating videos or teaching I relax (!) by working out at the gym, watching rugby and football, and doing a little work around the garden. I am also an avid fan of Grand Designs and The Apprentice.
